Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the ClaudT platform ("Platform", "Service") operated by ZappInvestment ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

⚠️ Important Notice: ClaudT is an autonomous AI-powered trading platform. Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your capital. Only participate with funds you can afford to lose.

1. Description of Service

ClaudT is an autonomous algorithmic trading platform that operates through a monthly subscription model. Subscribers gain access to an AI-powered trading system that executes transactions across the following financial markets:

Cryptocurrency markets
Forex (Foreign Exchange) markets
Commodities markets
Stock markets

All trading decisions are made autonomously by two proprietary artificial intelligence agents — John AI and Claude AI — without human intervention. By subscribing, you authorize these agents to operate on your behalf in accordance with their algorithmic parameters.

2. Subscription and Payment Terms

Access to the ClaudT platform is granted exclusively through a paid monthly subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

All subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis.
All subscription payments are strictly non-refundable. No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, dissatisfaction, technical issues, or financial losses incurred through the platform.
The Company reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time, with notice provided to active subscribers.
Failure to pay subscription fees will result in immediate suspension of access to the Service.

3. No Guarantee of Profits

The ClaudT platform, while supported by a documented historical record of profitable trading activity, does not guarantee any future profits, returns, or positive financial outcomes. The performance of AI-driven trading systems is inherently subject to market volatility, macroeconomic conditions, and other unpredictable variables.

Any historical performance data, statistics, or projections presented on the platform are provided for informational purposes only and shall not be construed as a guarantee, representation, or warranty of future results.

4. Disclaimer of Financial Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and AI systems expressly disclaim all liability for:

Any financial losses, including but not limited to loss of capital, loss of profits, or loss of investment
Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service
Losses resulting from market conditions, system downtime, connectivity issues, or force majeure events
Trading decisions made autonomously by the AI agents operating within the platform

By using this platform, you expressly acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for any and all financial risks associated with algorithmic trading and that the Company bears no financial liability whatsoever for losses incurred.

5. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on the ClaudT platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of professional financial guidance. The platform is a technology service that provides access to AI-driven trading automation. Users are solely responsible for assessing the suitability of this Service for their financial situation and should consult a qualified financial advisor before participating.

6. Eligibility

By using this Service, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age
You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
Your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
You understand the risks associated with automated trading in financial markets

7. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, AI models, software, and technology comprising the ClaudT platform are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering of any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.

8. Account Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if it determines that a user has violated these Terms or engaged in any activity deemed harmful to the platform or other users. No refunds will be issued upon termination.

9. Modifications to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following the posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, and you waive any right to participate in class action proceedings.

12. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits: All capital deposits are made exclusively through the ClaudT platform at claudt.com. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of deposit information. The Company is not liable for funds sent to incorrect addresses or through unauthorized channels.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are processed exclusively through the ZappInvestment exchange platform, accessible at zappinvestment.com. Users may log in to the ZappInvestment exchange using the same credentials (email and password) registered on claudt.com.

Withdrawal Commission: ZappInvestment shall retain a commission of 10% of net profits on each withdrawal. This commission is calculated based on the profit generated above the initially deposited capital. The commission is deducted automatically at the time of withdrawal processing. No commission is applied to the withdrawal of the original deposited capital.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following withdrawal conditions:

Withdrawal requests are subject to processing times that may vary depending on market conditions and platform operations.
The 10% profit commission is non-negotiable and applies to all users regardless of subscription tier.
The Company reserves the right to withhold withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud, account violations, or regulatory requirements.
Users are solely responsible for any taxes or regulatory obligations arising from profits withdrawn.
